Random Acts of Programming: Boxee-App for Jupiter Broadcasting

Another “Random Act of Programming”, this time for Jupiter Broadcasting. These guys do a fantastic job, I watch more JB than anything else these days. Also, I started to play around with Boxee recently, and saw that JB wasn’t on there. So I thought I’d change that. 😉

It’s not available yet, but the guys over at JB seem excited about it and hopefully it will be published soon.

Update: Chris made a cool teaser-video

Random Acts of Programming: RadioRec+

Every now and again, I’m bored with my current projects. So when I find something small that could do with a little implrovement, I’ll spend a few hours on that, an then return to my projects. This also works when you’re stuck somewhere. Put it aside and do something else, then pick it up again.

Today: RadioRec+ – “Listen and record various swiss radio stations”, which needed a face lift:

jNetMap 0.5 is here!

jNetMapSF

I happy to announce the final release of jNetMap 0.5!
All known bugs of the 0.5-RC2 version should have been fixed and all planned features have been implemented.

Upcoming features for 0.6 (probably):
– DHCP Support (auto-detect changed addresses)
– Reports, Summaries & Statistics
– Improved image-export
– Automatic reports via Email
– …your suggestions…
This might take a while, as I’m currently busy writing my Bachelor-Thesis…
